Nestled in the heart of Sitio de Calahonda, The Family Restaurant & Bar is exactly what the name promises — a place where every guest is treated like family. This intimate, owner-run restaurant has been serving Mediterranean and international cuisine with passion and care for years.

Every meal begins with a time-honoured tradition: complimentary tapas of olives, Iberian ham, and artisan cheese — a warm welcome before the feast. From premium Chateaubriand to freshly caught seafood and authentic paella, every dish is freshly prepared using the finest local produce.

The charming outdoor terrace, lit with string lights under the Andalusian sky, creates the perfect setting for memorable evenings. Winner of the BonaSOL Award for Excellence 2017.

"Very delicious sirloin steak. Large portion. The shrimps with garlic was very good starter. We got tapas for free also, it was olives, steck and cheese. Highly recommend, prices are a bit higher than in most restaurants but the food makes up for it."
